Our external status page monitoring experienced a failure between February 16 and March 3, causing our status page to incorrectly report downtime. During this period, all services (API and usetandem.ai) were fully operational with no impact to users. Our internal monitoring confirmed full uptime throughout: the issue was isolated to the external check powering this status page.
