Our external status page monitoring experienced a failure between February 16 and March 3, causing our status page to incorrectly report downtime. During this period, all services (API and usetandem.ai) were fully operational with no impact to users. Our internal monitoring confirmed full uptime throughout: the issue was isolated to the external check powering this status page. We've since resolved the issue and added safeguards to detect this type of failure faster in the future. We're happy to share detailed evidence from our internal monitoring upon request.
